One Show's Matt Baker on Llandudno-London rickshaw ride

The One Show presenter Matt Baker and a group of young volunteers are embarking on a challenge to cycle from Llandudno to London.

The team will ride on a rickshaw, while Baker will cycle next to them offering advice, all raising money for BBC Children in Need as they go.

Rob Thomas caught up with them on Friday morning before they set off.
