Kyle Vaughan: Murder arrest over missing man

Detectives searching for a missing 24-year-old man say they are treating his disappearance as murder.
Kyle Vaughan from Newbridge, Caerphilly county, has not been seen for 12 days, which officers say is "completely out of character".
They have now arrested a 27-year-old man from the Blackwood area on suspicion of murder.
Mr Vaughan remains missing, but detectives have found his car which is believed to have been in a collision.
Gwent Police said the vehicle - a silver Peugeot 306 -was discovered on Sunday, 30 December at about 23:45 GMT on the A467 between Risca and Crosskeys.
The last sightings of Mr Vaughan are also from late that evening when he was spotted in the Abercarn and Risca areas.
Police arrested the 27-year-old man on Thursday and he remains in custody helping detectives with their inquiries.
Senior investigating officer Det Supt Peter Jones appealed for anyone with information - no matter how small - to come forward.
"Specialist search officers have been deployed and have conducted detailed searches of several areas over the last week. These searches have included the use of a search dog," he said.
"Family liaison officers are providing Kyle's family with support at this very difficult and upsetting time."
