Singer Katherine Jenkins has flown to Camp Bastion in Afghanistan to meet the troops and perform two special concerts for hundreds of UK troops currently serving
She toured the Joint Aviation Group, met aircrews and stepped aboard Apache, Lynx and Chinook helicopters.
The mezzo soprano travelled with the charity British Forces Foundation
Before her performance, Katherine met Army divers and military working dog teams
The 33-year-old from Neath rounded off her trip with an evening performance
