Tenth man charged with historical care home abuse in Mold

A man has been charged with indecently assaulting a boy in an investigation into historical abuse in children's homes across north Wales.

The 52 year old, from Mold, Flintshire, faces one count which allegedly took place against a 13-year-old boy between 1986 and 1988.

He is the 10th person to be charged as part of the National Crime Agency inquiry, Operation Pallial.

The man is expected to appear at Wrexham Magistrates' Court on 9 July.
