Another nurse has been suspended as part of an inquiry into the alleged falsification of patient records at south Wales hospitals, taking the total to 15.
The nurse was from Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend, taking the total number to be suspended from there to 14, while one is from Swansea's Morriston Hospital.
Three of those nurses have been charged with wilful neglect in connection with six patients.
They will appear in court on 28 July.
Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board said it took the action after a continuing internal investigation into record-keeping. It started after issues surrounding record keeping arose in 2013.
