January saw Wales battered by storms. Simon Rees, of Thomastown, Rhondda Cynon Taf, captured a wave striking Porthcawl lighthouse.

A double rainbow over the pier at Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, in February, taken by Andrew Richards, of Cardiff.

This photo of daffodils in front of Caerphilly Castle on a beautiful spring day, taken by Jane Hurley, from Porthcawl, appeared in March.

Ela Fraczkowska, from Cardiff, said this photo is of "the two lovely horses that kept staring at our car" as she drove in the Brecon Beacons. First shown in April.
