'Be aware' wind warning issued across Wales for weekend

A yellow "be aware" warning of high winds has been issued by the Met Office across Wales for the weekend.

The Met Office said a "blustery weekend", external is expected with westerly and south-westerly winds of up to 60 mph hitting exposed coastlines on Saturday.

Gusts around western coasts could reach 70 mph on Sunday, with strong winds potentially causing disruption.

The warning runs from 09:00 GMT on Saturday until 18:00 on Sunday.
