Battle of Mametz Wood scene revisited 100 years on

The anniversary of the Battle of Mametz Wood is being marked 100 years on.

The 38th (Welsh) Division attacked the wood in northern France between 7 and 14 July 1916, with more than 4,000 of them killed or injured.

A service of commemoration and reconciliation will be held on Thursday at the memorial to the Welsh soldiers killed during the battle.
