BT Openreach uses VR to test engineers' heads for heights

BT Openreach is using virtual reality to give would-be engineers a taste for the heights of the job.

The company in Cardiff is using VR in the recruitment process - including experiencing the top of a telegraph pole and being inside an exchange.

BBC Wales business correspondent Brian Meechan spoke to Paolo Tardivel of BT Openreach about how they have been using the technology.
