Plaid Cymru MP Ben Lake on 'jolt of energy' in campaign

Plaid Cymru's youngest MP has been elected in Ceredigion - Ben Lake at the age of 24.

He defeated the Lib Dems' leader in Wales, Mark Williams, after two recounts - taking 11,623 votes compared with 11,519.

Leanne Wood celebrated the result in Aberaeron, while Mr Lake said the result was unexpected but the campaign had brought a "young jolt of energy".
