Girls Circle campaign to tackle gender stereotypes

A new campaign to make Wales the first gender equal nation has been launched.

The organisation, called Girls Circle, aims to give girls a platform to express their views and create a fairer society.

More than 200 schoolgirls and women gathered at the Senedd in Cardiff on Friday to launch the group.

Founder Nikki Giant said it aims to "give young women and girls a voice".
