'Strong stance expected' over harassment in assembly

The public expects political leaders to take a strong stance over harassment claims, First Minister Carwyn Jones has said.

Party group leaders had been due to meet with Presiding Officer Elin Jones on Tuesday to discuss how to handle allegations in the assembly.

The meeting was called off after sacked communities secretary Carl Sargeant was found dead. He had been facing a Labour party investigation into allegations about his behaviour towards women.
