'I was misdiagnosed, isolated and left feeling suicidal'

After having nobody to talk to about her condition, Bethan Rees was left isolated and misdiagnosed.

Two thirds of Welsh people have no one to talk to about their mental health concerns.

This is according to fresh research from Time To Change Wales, a partnership of three mental health charities.

On Time to Talk day, Ms Rees, from Caerphilly, encourages people to seek out help.
