Heavy disruption forecast for Wales over the coming days

The Met Office has issued an amber "be prepared" warning covering mid and south Wales for Thursday and Friday.

As a result, some local authorities have closed all schools until Monday, transport services face disruption, and panic buyers have descended on shops.
