Met Office issue warnings for wind and rain in Wales

A new weather warning is in place for north west Wales on Wednesday, while a man was caught in rainy conditions in Barry on Tuesday
Two weather warnings for strong winds and heavy rain have been issued for Wales on Wednesday and Thursday.
The alerts come after a windy weather warning for Tuesday was withdrawn by the Met Office.
Severe gusts were expected as Storm Helene hit the UK but the warning has been downgraded and moved to Wednesday - and covers just north west Wales.
BBC weather presenter Behnaz Akhgar said winds of 60mph (97km/h) battered The Mumbles in Swansea overnight.
The new warning, external is for gusts of up to 60mph from 06:00 BST on Wednesday.
The Met Office has warned the wind could lead to power loss, delays to road, rail and air travel and even "injuries and danger to life from flying debris".
Another warning, for "persistent and heavy rain" on Thursday, covers most of Wales between 04:00 and 22:00.
