Golden Globes 2020: Win for Taron Egerton's Rocketman

Taron Egerton thanked Sir Elton John "for living a life less ordinary"
Rocketman star Taron Egerton said playing Sir Elton John in the film had been the "best experience of my life" as he picked up an award at the Golden Globes.
The Welshman was named best actor in a musical or comedy at the 77th ceremony in Los Angeles.
Egerton has previously credited his childhood in Aberystwyth with encouraging him to develop his talents.
The 30-year-old appeared emotional as he collected the award.
"This role has changed my life, it's been the best experience of my life, it's been such a joyous thing," Egerton said in his acceptance speech.
He also thanked David Furnish for believing "I could play your husband" and added: "To Elton John, thank you for the music, for living a life less ordinary and thank you for being my friend."
In the film, Egerton portrays Sir Elton's transformation from being a young, shy piano prodigy to becoming an international star.
He finished his speech by saying: "My mother is in the room somewhere. This is for you mam."

Born in Birkenhead, Merseyside, Egerton went to primary school on Anglesey before moving to Aberystwyth when he was 12 and now regards the seaside town as his home.
There was also success for Sir Elton and his songwriting partner Bernie Taupin, who won best film song for their Rocketman composition I'm Gonna Love Me Again.
But film critic Siobhan Synott said the celebrations may be short-lived when it comes to other awards.
"It's a good performance but but I'm not sure it's going to be troubling the Oscars," she said. "There's a disconnect between Oscars voters and the Hollywood foreign press.
"Rocketman is absolutely custom-built for glory at something like the Golden Globes but not sure that's going to translate come Oscar and Bafta time.
"Best male actor is such a crowded category this year, I have a feeling he's going to be squeezed out."
She added the fact Bohemian Rhapsody collected four Oscars last year may go against Rocketman as the two films are similar.
