Port Talbot: Family pays tribute to cyclist killed in crash

Tributes have been paid to a cyclist who was killed in a crash with a car.
Retired steel worker Philip Bamsey, 67, died in a crash with a silver Ford Fiesta on Afan Way, Port Talbot, at about 14:00 BST on Wednesday.
In a statement, his family said they were "devastated" at the loss of a husband and father who "would take the time to speak with anyone".
Mr Bamsey worked at the British Steel and Tata steelworks in Port Talbot since he was 17, retiring aged 60.
His family said he loved sports and was a keen runner. He leaves behind wife, Jan, and son, Chris.
"He was a well-known character as he would take the time to speak with anyone," the statement said.
"His family and friends are all devastated by this tragic incident. He will be sorely missed as he lived life to the full.
"We wish to thank witnesses who assisted the emergency services in trying to save his life."
South Wales Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
