Caerphilly murder probe: Man arrested after woman found dead

The woman's body was found in a property in Caerphilly

A man has been arrested on suspicion of murdering a 43-year-old woman.

The woman's body was found at a property on Doly-yr-Eos on Caerphilly's Mornington Meadows estate at about 00:10 BST on Sunday.

Gwent Police said it had launched a murder investigation and a 42-year-old man was in custody.

Detectives have asked anyone with information to contact them.
