Covid: Wales pub restrictions uncertainty 'awful', says pub owner
Uncertainty around new restrictions on the hospitality industry in Wales is "awful", a pub owner has said.
Mark Drakeford announced on Friday that there would be new restrictions on pubs, bars and restaurants from 4 December, but that the rules have not yet been finalised.
Sian Shepphard, who owns the Horse and Jockey in Pontypool, Torfaen, said she was concerned about her 25 staff should the tighter restrictions lead to the pub being unable to open.
Meanwhile, James Heneker, owner of the Copper Pot restaurant in Cardigan, Ceredigion, said his business had lost "quite a lot of money" after closing this week following a rise in cases in the town.
