Brecon Beacons crash: Mini Cooper driver, 19, dies

The incident happened on the A470 near Storey Arms, at a spot known as RAC Bends

A 19-year-old man has died in a crash on the Brecon Beacons.

The Mini Cooper driver was pronounced dead at the scene, near Storey Arms, on a stretch of road known locally as RAC Bends.

Dyfed-Powys Police has urged anyone who may have seen the car - a black Mini Cooper - to contact them.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash at about 22:30 GMT on the A470, the force added. Its officers have been supporting the victim's family.
