Treherbert: Road closed after Rhigos ambulance crash

An ambulance has been involved in a crash on a mountain road.

Emergency services said they were attending the crash on Rhigos Mountain Road in Treherbert, Rhondda Cynon Taf.

The road is closed between Hirwaun Industrial Estate and Treherbert and motorists are being urged to avoid the area.

The police and fire services said they were attending, and the Welsh Ambulance Service confirmed an ambulance was involved.
