Trapped badgers released back into the wild in Cwmbran

A pair of badgers who became stuck in a ladder in a canal have been released into the wild.

RSPCA Cymru officers were assisted by the fire service earlier this month during the rescue on the Monmouthshire and Brecon canal in Cwmbran, Torfaen.

After a short period of rehabilitation they have now been released.
