Llantwit Fardre: Man charged with murder of June Fox-Roberts

A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a 65-year-old woman in her home.
The body of June Fox-Roberts was found at her house in St Anne's Drive, Llantwit Fardre, on Sunday afternoon.
Luke Deeley, 25, appeared before Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates' Court on Friday.
During the brief hearing Mr Deeley spoke only to confirm his name, date of birth and address.
The court heard how he was charged with her murdering Ms Fox-Roberts at the house, between the 19 and 21 November.
He is due to appear before Cardiff Crown Court on Monday.
In a tribute released by Ms Fox-Roberts' family earlier, she was described as "a kind-hearted, generous woman who was never happier than when with family and friends around her".

Speaking before the hearing Det Supt Darren George, the senior investigating officer, said there was "currently no known links between June and the person charged".
He added: "I once again urge people not to speculate on social media, my thoughts remain with June and her family who we continue to support through specially trained officers."
