Bangor: Woman suffers life-threatening injuries in crash

A woman has been airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries following a crash.

The incident happened at about 07:30 BST on Wednesday on the A4244 between Glasinfryn and Pentir, in Gwynedd. She was driving a black Peugeot 207.

The woman was flown by air ambulance to Aintree Hospital in Liverpool. North Wales Police is appealing for dashcam footage.

The road remains closed and diversions are in place.
