Raglan: Man arrested after cyclist dies in crash

A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving after a cyclist was killed in a crash.
The crash happened between a bicycle and a while Vauxhall Movano van on the A40, near Raglan in Monmouthshire, at about 19:20 BST on Thursday.
A woman in her 30s was pronounced dead at the scene and her next of kin have been informed.
A 46-year-old man from Abergavenny was taken into police custody.
Gwent Police has issued an appeal for witnesses
