Mayhill, Swansea: Four-year-old girl hit by car

Officers were called to reports of an incident on Waun Wen Road, Mayhill, Swansea, on Thursday

A four-year-old girl has life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car in Swansea.

South Wales Police were called at around 11:45 BST on 9 June to reports of an incident involving a white Ford Fiesta on Waun Wen Road, Mayhill.

She was taken to the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff.

The driver, a 24-year-old man was arrested in connected to the incident but has since been released on bail.
