Maesteg: Woman killed and two hurt in head-on crash

The crash was on the A4063 at Maesteg in Bridgend county
A 28-year-old woman has died after a head-on crash, police have confirmed.
A blue Hyundai and a blue Renault Clio were involved in the crash, on the A4063, between Nicholls Road and Bridgend Road, Maesteg, Bridgend county, at about 21:30 BST on Wednesday.
The driver of the Hyundai, from the Maesteg area, died at the scene.
Both the driver and passenger in the other car were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
South Wales Police, the Welsh Ambulance Service and South Wales Fire and Rescue Service all attended the incident, and the road was closed for investigations.
South Wales Police are appealing for witnesses, or for anyone who has dashcam footage.
