Cardiff: Former BBC Radio Cymru editor missing since New Year's Eve

Aled Davies was last seen in Pontcanna, Cardiff on New Year's Eve

Police are searching for a 65-year-old man who went missing on New Year's Eve.

Aled Glynne Davies, the former editor of BBC Radio Cymru, was last seen in the Pontcanna area of Cardiff on Saturday evening, South Wales Police said.

He is around 6ft (1.83m) tall and was last seen wearing a dark green coat, dark green hat and glasses, the force added.

It asked anyone with any information to get in touch.
