Gwenddwr farm dog shot in head and loses eye, police say

A border collie dog has suffered serious head injuries and lost an eye after being shot.
It happened near the farm dog's home at Gwenddwr, near Builth Wells, Powys, overnight between 16 and 17 February.
Dyfed-Powys Police described it as a "disturbing", external incident.
It is being investigated by the force's rural crime team.
