Margam: Cyclist, 76, dies after collision with van

A 76-year-old cyclist has died after being involved in a collision with a van.

It happened at Water Street, Margam, Neath Port Talbot, on Saturday at about 11:15 BST.

The man, from Porthcawl, died at the scene despite "best efforts" of paramedics and air ambulance doctors.

South Wales Police is appealing for dashcam footage or witnesses to the collision.

The force would also like to hear from anyone with further information about the "manner in which the white Ford Transit or the cyclist were travelling prior to the collision".
