Dirty Vegan TV chef plans Indian Ocean rowing challenge

Dirty Vegan TV chef Matt Pritchard is planning to row 5,000 miles (8,047km) across the Indian Ocean with two friends.
The former professional skateboarder from Cardiff rowed across the Atlantic in 2021, covering 3,000 miles (4,828km) with three crewmates.
He now plans to row across the Indian Ocean between Australia and Africa with friends Billy Taylor and John Haskell.
"It's going to be a big challenge," he told BBC Radio Wales Breakfast.
The crew are aiming to complete the journey in 100 days next year.
"It's a big challenge but I find it's really good for my mental health," said Pritchard.
"Being out at sea, away from your phone, emails and social media is very peaceful and calming for the mind."
Pritchard is also known as a member of Dirty Sanchez, who performed a range of often painful and unpleasant stunts on TV.
He said: "I feel pain just like everybody else, but I guess I get a little kick out of it.
"With Dirty Sanchez you knew what was coming and it was quite intense pain.
"Rowing an ocean is more of a mental challenge."
