Wales weather: Storm Ciaran brings heavy rain warning

Travel disruption is expected in parts of Wales as forecasters warn of heavy rain and wind.
Met Office yellow warnings for wind and rain are in place across south, mid and north Wales on Wednesday and Thursday as Storm Ciaran is set to hit the UK.
There is also one National Resources Wales flood warning, external, and nine flood alerts in place.
Forecasters have warned the wettest areas could see between 40mm (1.5in) and 60mm (2.3in) of rain.
Dyfed-Powys Police said it had received a call at 08:20 GMT reporting a landslide on a road between Trevaughan and Cynwyl Elfed, which has closed the road.
The road is closed in both directions, with motorists having to use the A484.
The latest rain warning comes into force at 18:00 on Wednesday and lasts until the end of Thursday.
An additional yellow warning for wind is in place on Thursday until 18:00.
There is also an amber warning for wind for parts of Pembrokeshire on Thursday from 03:00 until 13:00 and a yellow warning for rain in parts of north Wales from 00:00 to 23:59 on Thursday.
The Met Office warned that damage to buildings is possible, in addition to power cuts and travel disruption.
