Swansea: Owain Hammett-George in court over crash deaths

A 19-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to three driving offences after the deaths of two teenagers in Swansea.

Owain Hammett-George, from Birchgrove, Swansea, is accused of causing of death by dangerous driving, and by careless driving, and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

He was released on bail under conditions at Swansea Crown Court.

Ben Rogers and Kaitlyn Davies, both 19, died when an Alfa Romeo crashed in Swansea on 31 May 2022.

A 17-year-old was also taken to hospital with a brain injury and a broken neck.
