Water pours into flat described as 'habitable'

Water can be seen flooding into every room in a flat that a letting agent described as "habitable" five days later.

Emma Helliar, 40, said her letting agent set up an industrial dehumidifier and advised her that it was safe to move back in.

But the mum-of-one said the carpets were still "squelching" underfoot and the fire alarms were not working property.

Kingstons Residential said the issue was being dealt with and "actioned as quickly as we can".
