Swansea man in hospital after serious Christmas Day assault

A 54-year-old man was found injured in the garden of a home on Heol Tegeirian, in Penlan, Swansea, on Christmas Day
A man has been left in a critical condition following a serious assault on Christmas Day, police have said.
The 54-year-old, from Bonymaen, Swansea, is in hospital after being found injured in a garden on Heol Tegeirian at about 14:00 GMT on Monday.
A 49-year-old woman from Penlan, Swansea, has been arrested on suspicion of assault and remains in custody.
South Wales Police has appealed for anyone with information relating to the incident to contact the force.
