Officers responded to a report of a man seriously injured outside Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda Hospital car park
A murder investigation has been launched into the death of a 30-year-old man who was found seriously injured outside a hospital.
Officers responded to a report of a man seriously injured outside Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda Hospital car park, Tonypandy, Rhondda Cynon Taf, shortly after 05:15 GMT on Monday.
He died as a result of his injuries, South Wales Police said.
One man, 30, has been arrested on suspicion of murder, the force added.

It urged anyone around the area of Pen Dinas around the time of the incident to get in touch.
A temporary road closure is in place at Pen Dinas along the A4058.
