Carmarthenshire: One person missing days after Meidrim fire

Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service responded to a fire at a property just before midnight

One person is missing several days after a fire in a village in west Wales.

Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue service attended a blaze at about 23:55 GMT on Thursday 8 February in Meidrim, Carmarthenshire.

It said one person remained unaccounted for after the fire at the property, which was "well alight" when crews arrived.

The road to the property is closed, the service said.

It added it was working with Dyfed-Powys Police to establish the cause of the fire.
