Farming: Mark Drakeford confronted on Anglesey and Rhyl visits

Protesters confronted Mark Drakeford on Wednesday as part of ongoing unrest over proposed changes to farming subsidies.

The first minister was met with boos and crowds pushing and shoving during visits to Anglesey and Rhyl, Denbighshire.

Farmers breached college gates as Mr Drakeford arrived to open an engineering centre at Coleg Llandrillo in Rhyl, Denbighshire..

The Welsh government said its proposals would support farmers and address the climate crisis.
