A man has been charged with manslaughter after the death of a 22-year-old man in Llanelli.
Police were called to a property in Robinson Street on 25 March last year, after concerns were raised for a man's welfare.
Liam Rhys Morgan-Whittle died after being taken to hospital, Dyfed-Powys Police said.
Jason Thomas, 39, from Llanelli, will appear before Llanelli Magistrates' Court on 30 May.
Mr Morgan-Whittle's family previously described him as a "wonderful young man", adding that they were "devastated by the loss".
