Bob Jones Memorial Air Show for Mid Wales Airport founder

An air show renamed in memory of pilot and Mid Wales Airport founder Bob Jones has been held in Welshpool.
The 60-year-old pilot was killed earlier this year alongside Steven Carr from Denbighshire when their small plane crashed at Long Mountain.
The Welshpool air show has been held annually at the airport, which was set up by Mr Jones.
Sunday's event saw a Battle of Britain memorial flypast, and a visit by the RAF Red Arrows.
The event has been renamed the Bob Jones Memorial Air Show.
The Powys farmer developed his land at Trehelig, turning it from fields into a fully functioning aviation site with hard runway and hangars.
An air accident investigation is continuing into how Mr Jones and Mr Carr died when their twin-engine Piper plane came down on 18 January.
