War memorial returned to Aberystwyth street from museum

A war memorial that was removed following a devastating fire has been returned to its original location.

The bronze angel statue was situated outside Aberystwyth's Tabernacl Chapel on Powell Street, which was destroyed during a blaze in 2008.

After the building was demolished, the memorial was taken to the town's Ceredigion Museum.

The statue marking those killed in World War One is now back on Powell Street.
