Body confirmed as missing 90-year-old Arthur Roy Taylor

The body of a man found on a Ceredigion beach last month has been confirmed as that of missing Arthur Roy Taylor, 90.

Mr Taylor, known as Archie and from Lancashire, went missing after going out to sea on his boat from Gwbert boat club.

His body was found on 30 April on the beach between Llangrannog and Ynys Lochtyn.

An inquest has been opened by Ceredigion Senior Coroner Peter Brunton, and was adjourned.
