Two men have been rescued following a fire at flats in Ceredigion.
Firefighters were called to the property at Maes Mwldan, Bath House Road, Cardigan, just after 06:30 BST.
The fire was on the third floor and firefighters rescued the men from the property. They were given first aid at the scene.
Family Housing Association Wales, which owns the flats, said the building was evacuated but tenants have since been able to return.
It added there had been some minor smoke damage to one flat and water damage to the flat below.
"Our priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of all tenants and staff at all times," a spokesman said.
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said crews from Cardigan, Crymych and Fishguard attended with the incident.
