Kronospan: fire in wood products factory near Chirk

Fire fighters are tackling a blaze at the Kronospan wood products factory in Chirk near Wrexham.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to the plant at 17:15 BST on Monday.

Crews from Chirk, Llangollen, Wrexham and Deeside are tackling a fire in two storage areas.

In June and July there were three fires at the factory which employs 600 people and manufacturers wood panel products and laminate flooring.
