Trains are stopped in Ruabon area after track death

Rail services have been stopped in the Ruabon area of Wrexham after a man died when he was struck by a train.

British Transport Police said the man was pronounced dead at the scene after the collision at around 10:15 BST on Monday.

Officers said the incident was currently not being treated as suspicious.

A spokesman said inquiries to establish the man's identity were ongoing and a report would go to the coroner.
