Wrexham's Groves School to be demolished

A run-down school in Wrexham is to be demolished more than a decade after it closed.
The former Groves High School shut in 2003 following a shake-up of secondary school education in the town centre.
Wrexham council's executive board voted to clear the site in preparation for a new school.
More than 250 people signed a petition urging the council to retain the building.
In 2014, nearby Coleg Cambria considered the site as a potential campus.
