Proof of address to use Denbighshire recycling sites

People in Denbighshire will soon have to prove residency to use the county's recycling parks with non residents turned away.
Centres at Rhyl, Denbigh and Ruthin reported an increase in non-recyclable waste passing through the sites.
Denbighshire council said disposal costs could increase by £100,000 if the trend continued.
Residents will have to take proof of their address - a driver's licence or utility bill - from 1 August.
