Conwy council leader Dilwyn Roberts to stand down

The leader of Conwy council is to step down and retire as a councillor.
Dilwyn Roberts has been the authority's leader for the last nine years but has held a seat since 2004.
But the 66-year-old will not stand at the upcoming council elections in May.
Mr Roberts will also leave his role as chairman of the North Wales Economic Ambition board.
