Welsh party leaders unite on call for further powers after talks

The four party leaders at the Welsh assembly have held talks on what further powers they would like to see devolved.
First Minister Carwyn Jones, Andrew RT Davies of the Welsh Conservatives, Plaid Cymru's Leanne Wood and the Liberal Democrats's Kirsty Williams are now preparing a joint motion.
Their proposals will be discussed at the assembly next week.
A joint statement read: "There was a cordial and constructive meeting."
It added: "Business managers will be working on the wording of a joint motion to be laid next week on Silk's recommendations, external and Wales' underfunding."
Speaking ahead of Wednesday's meeting, Ms Williams said if the leaders were united it would be harder for the UK government to resist their demands.
A spokesman for the Welsh Conservatives said: "With the changing circumstances they [the party leaders] want to have as much of a solid voice as possible, albeit there are some big differences."
The meeting on Wednesday was the first time the leaders have come together since the Scottish independence referendum, although representatives from all four parties previously held discussions.
