Welsh ministers sued for using Dylan Thomas photograph

The Welsh government is being sued for allegedly breaching copyright over its use of a photograph of Dylan Thomas.

Ministers have approved spending on "specialist legal advice regarding Dylan Thomas photographs and claims of copyright infringement".

The allegation relates to a picture of Dylan and Caitlin Thomas entitled "Just Married".

The photograph was used on the Visit Wales website.
